Whether you have always fancied trying yoga and never got round to it or whether you are a regular yoga partaker, this session will be up your street!
The word Yoga refers to the connection of the mind, body and spirit. It offers a myriad of benefits, including improved mental state, increased flexibility or weight loss.
We warmly welcome Laura Enache to lead this session. Laura will help us to connect with ourselves and together, we will tap into the magic of yoga through postures, breath work and mindfulness.
We recommend you wear comfortable clothing for this session.

Facilitator
Laura joined as a member of JCI Dublin in 2012 and has relished the numerous learning experiences she’s had through JCI and the opportunity to meet so many amazing people though different roles she held on a local, national as well as international level.
Laura has discovered great wisdom and joy in dancing, in yoga and in meditation.
In recent years she went to Rishikesh in India to do a yoga teacher training course, and perhaps one of her greatest learnings had been that ‘yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self’ and it is really comforting to listen to your inner self.
