As part of the 2021 JCI Sheffield leadership learning program, we will be warmly welcome Peter Van De Velde a business owner and member of JCI Belgium to share tips on how to create a podcast.
As a leader, a key skill is being able to clearly communicate your vision and to take people with you. An increasingly popular and accessible way to communicate with existing and new audiences is to use podcasting.
A podcast is a recording of audio discussion on a specific topic that can be listened to and is becoming even more popular in recent times.
Not one to let a global pandemic stop him from reaching existing and new audiences, Peter saw the opportunities that it brought by starting an international project JCI Change Your Game 2020. This webinar project showed him that the way that future lays in digital media and Peter quickly set up a podcast.
In this session, Peter will take you through some of the key aspects he learned and share his top tips including:
* how easy is it to set up a podcast?
* what programs could be used?
* what to talk about?
* how to prepare for a podcast discussion or interview?
* who is your target audience?
other insights.
