The Effective Leadership course will define the kind of effective leadership needed to address the local, national and global problems of the 21st century society. The course intends to provide a foundation on which individuals can build their capacity and character to motivate others to take action for common purpose.

At the end of the course, particpants will be able to:

  • have an optimistic understanding of effective leadership that will inspire them to be leaders

  • determine the set of skills required for effective leaders to emerge

  • identify the skills that will enable them to strengthen their capacity to motivate others to take action for common purpose

This course is one of the 'recommended' JCI courses. Members and non-members are welcome to attend this training session.

JCI members can also register for this course via the website and once they have attended, will be sent a knowledge (multiple choice) test that will enable them to 'graduate' from the course and it be recorded on their continuous professional development log on the website.
